Rose Levy Beranbaum made a name for herself in the world of desserts back in 1988 with her comprehensive cake baking companion, The Cake Bible . It was a combination of hard science and pastry arts that broke down the process of baking picture-perfect cakes at home for aspiring bakers. Since then, Levy Beranbaum has been teaching the world about the joys of baking with her unique and meticulous books, most recently Rose's Heavenly Cakes .

Dustin is the photographer behind Heist Gallery's newest presentation, Cake Mixx. The entire collection are photographs of cakes that Dustin had his past girlfriends make him.
